Your comparison of Harris to Auntie Maxine is spot-on. Auntie Maxine is and always has been an unabashed, unashamed and unafraid truth-teller. Harris...not so much. In California, aside from her sometimes questionable policies and positions, it is an open secret that she "slept her way to the top."

Count me among the disappointed and disgusted with her latest remarks; but certainly not surprised or embarassed.
