Yep....but just one slight "correction."

Poor old Mary's boarding house was in Dee Cee. It's now a Chinese restaurant where I've eaten.

She did, however, own Surratt's Tavern in Suratts Ville about 20 miles outside the city and where she delivered (wittingly or unwittingly) some "shooting irons" to be secreted away until Booth called for them. That was the day before the killing.
