Voting rights should be the ONLY issue Biden and company address until those bills are made into law. Nothing else matters if you can't vote, or your vote is not counted, or even if your candidate wins, Republican legisatures or Secretaries of State or other GOP-empowered state or county or even municipal "officials" simply refuse to recognize/certify, confirm any winners they don't like. Climate change, infrastructure, even the re-surging pandemic -- none of it matters if the GOP controls the machinery and processes of voting.
