And This Time His ‘Army’ Will Be Better Prepared

Well…he’s done it again.

Donald Trump said today (September 15) that America will invite violence –”problems” against itself “… the likes of which perhaps we’ve never seen” if and when he is ever indicted for absconding and spiriting away from the White House those many, many reams and boxes of documents before being unceremoniously forced from office.

In a radio interview with radical right talk show host Hugh Hewitt, Trump also said that an indictment would not stop him from running for the presidency again. “If a thing like that happened, I would have no prohibition against running,” he told Hewitt and reassured his subjects.

But, in a sure sign that this man has finally allowed the possibility of ending his life in a federal prison to sink in, Trump kept coming back to the ever more likely coming indictment. Over and over, as if reciting a mantra, chant, or incantation, he repeatedly declared that Americans –that’s presumably those highly touted and valued real Americans — “would not stand for” the prosecution/persecution of their beloved president-king. As the below video indicates, there was just a touch of plea-like pathos in his voice.
