The Judge Cannon Conundrum

She will not allow him to fall…at least not in Florida

Let’s look closer at Trump’s constant bleating and braying about the “two-tiered” and “unfair” nature of the criminal justice system. He insists that his self-inflicted wounds, which have at long last resulted in, at this writing, seventy-one felony charges against him across both state and federal jurisdictions, are, of course, “rigged;” and that his guilt in both matters is a predetermined, forgone conclusion.

The Judge Cannon Conundrum

We know who she is. More importantly, we now know why she is. Judge Aileen M. Cannon, was appointed to the federal bench by Trump during the lame-duck period of his disastrous one presidential term — between November of 2019 and January of 2020. That was, of course, just before he orchestrated a violent coup d’etat against the very government he ran and to which he appointed her.

Note that Trump has refrained from uttering a single word against this “unfair” judge in his “documents” (read: national security case). Here is why:
