Sure...it could "slice" both ways in theory. But don't look for the spineless Democrats to actually do anything.

But! They could now move to do any number of things short of assassination or arresting opponents. They could, for example, move to "pack" the Court and nullify the "conservative" majority altogether.

But again. Democrats are not known for bucking the "satus quo."
