I have admired and followed Dr. Hutchinson for many years. However, I think he's wrong in saying that the Democrats should not have prosecuted Trump. I've written that Biden's biggest mistake was not in allowing those prosecutions to go forward, but in appointing Merrick Garland as AG. Had Garland not waited two years to prosecute Trump, we would not be having this conversation because Trump would be locked up.
