Every word of your piece is true.

However, I’ve seen discrimination as to black women work in the other direction.

As a black man (with three college degrees), over an almost forty year career as a paralegal, only once have I been interviewed for the job by anybody other than a white woman. That is, HR and personnel managers of almost every law firm in Chicago are white females, who, as you say, disdain hiring both black men and black women. But! They, if pushed, seem to hire the black woman over the black man because she represents less of a “threat” to her and the mostly white male attorneys in the firm.
