Every single federal judge in the US is/was appointed to their lifetime jobs by....elected presidents. Presidents appoint judges who agree with and promise to adhere to their worldview.

At the moment, the overwhelming majority of federal judges attained their positions at the behest of Republican Party presidents -- presidents who appointed them to do exactly what they were chosen to do: maintain the status quo.

The answer is to elect presidents who will do what the people want, what the majority of the people want. Those presidents will then appoint judges who "interpret" the Constitution in line with the lived reality of the majority.

Since Biden is no longer running, he could and should move o expand the number of The Supremes from nine to thirteen....if for no other reason than that there are thirteen federal judicial districts. Yeah...the Constitution says that Congress controls the courts; not the prez.

So....when President Harris takes office next year, one of the first things she must do is introduce a bill in Congress to reign in this out-of-control SCOTUS. That court will then be able to put the brakes on all other federal courts no matter who appointed them.
