Did it ever occur to you to ask why "the entire continent" of Africa may be described as a "failed state""? I doubt it.

Do yourself a favor. Read some history. Look up these words: imperialism, colonialism, slavery, neo-colonialism.

Same thing applies to the black "ghettoes" in the US. But, well....I don't do that any more: explain white people to white people.
